The Seller and the Buyer MUST first agree to the terms of the transaction which usually includes, the cost of the item(s), the manner and the cost of delivering the item to the Buyer. Without this agreement, the transaction cannot be started.
Upon agreement, the Buyer makes payment to Brigho using the Brigho app. The Seller is immediately notified about this payment and advised to send the item to the Buyer
Sellers fulfils his commitment by ensuring the appropriate item(s) is delivered to the Seller as agreed. The seller on his part receives the item(s).
Upon receiving the item(s), the Buyer confirms this via the Brigho app and money is released to the Seller.
N.B: In cases where the Buyer is dissatisfied with the item(s) received from the Seller, we have made concrete provisions for such. In which money shall be returned to the Buyer. See more in our Terms of Condition & Use at http://www.brigho.com/terms
